Val is Potter’s ‘go to’ gal, the hub of office activity, the first smiling face you will see when you visit our office, and the first friendly voice you’ll hear on the phone. She helps turn mere specs of an idea into a polished, finished product and truly knows how to get things done with pleasant persistence. From managing customer requests to interoffice projects and events, Val is one of the few folks at Potter who participates in all aspects of the business—a ‘jill’ of all trades, if you will.
