View Ridge Home Remodel
Project Overview:
The Bluechel family was growing, but unfortunately their 1940's colonial-style rambler home in View Ridge was not. The family wanted three bedrooms on the same floor, another bathroom, and a study area for the kids. But the current footprint did not allow for it.
Potter Construction’s solution was to build up. Adding a second floor to the house allowed us to build a spacious master bedroom suite upstairs with a full bath, plus two more bedrooms with another shared full bath. And our designer was even able to create a terrific bonus area where the kids can do their homework. The addition gave the Bluechels the space they had been seeking.
