Lake Sammamish Home Addition & Remodel

Project Overview:

Potter Construction’s largest addition and remodel project to date, the Glerum home on Lake Sammamish began as a 2,000-square-foot rambler and grew to become a 10,000-square-foot work of art. The addition and remodel include an indoor pool, brand-new kitchen and family “hub.” 

One of the remodel’s most functional highlights is the creation of more common space—or hub for family activities. It features the kitchen, dining room, a paperless office with dual computer desk, and a swimming pool—all open and visible, within just steps of each other.
