Condo Bathroom Remodel

Project Overview:

The original Gaither bathroom was a very small ¾ bath and it felt cramped, with too much going on in too small a space. Each element was competing with the others. With this bathroom remodel, the homeowner was looking to open things up without changing the footprint.

Potter Construction made the bathroom more visually appealing by opening up the shower with a sheet of glass (versus a shower curtain) and changed the vanity to a consul table to look more like a piece of furniture, though it also functioned as a cabinet. Glass tile was also applied on the mirror in a “stepped-down” effect to create a backsplash for the consul table. The resulting bathroom remodel was stylish, functional, and felt more spacious.
