Alki Bathroom Remodel
Project Overview:
When the James family purchased their 3,000-square-foot West Seattle view condo, it had nothing but budget fixtures, concrete floors and plain white walls. They wanted to turn it into a luxurious space befitting its Alki beach location.
During the bathroom remodel, Potter Construction installed marble tiles with custom inlay (which mimic the entryway and master bedroom tile work), a glass-enclosed shower, custom-designed cabinetry and a jetted tub with marble steps. Because of its location in the center of the unit, the bathroom had no windows, so Potter cut an opening into the adjacent sitting room, located off the master bedroom, and installed a custom leaded glass window to let in natural light and take advantage of fireplace views.
